How to use - HAIR:

Rinse head under water for 1 minute then use 1 pump for hair/scalp. rub into hair and scalp well and let it sit for 1-3 minutes. Use this time to do a treatment on your face (cleanse, exfoliate, etc). Then rinse. You will notice that the shampoo doesn’t get very soapy/sudsy when you first apply it. This is good! That means it is not full of nasty surfactants. After 1-3 minutes, rinse and if you bought the conditioner, apply to scalp for 3 minutes.

How to use - BODY: 1 pump of the shampoo into hands and slowly rub together (slowly because it will slip right off if hands are wet). Apply to underarms well. Use excess (or get another 1 pump of product) and apply to body/groin/cheeks, etc. If you use a washcloth or loofah, rub product into it with a few drops of water to get it into the washcloth/loofah well. Apply the same way as above. Let product sit for 1-3 minutes or how ever long you normally use body wash. Minimum 1 minute for it to fully work.
